The method defines the expected outputs, that is to say the messages and the contents to be transmitted within the framework of the Stakeholder engagement.
Conversely, the method is intended to be flexible and does not impose any specific means, tools or formats. Some resources are proposed in the annex to provide some inspiring examples.
Here are the different recommendations for adapted the phases of Stakeholder engagement to the different maturity levels, steps, stakeholders and organisation profiles.
