## Valuation of Transition Actions

The impact of [actions](https://www.bilancarbone-methode.com/methode-bilan-carbone-r-en/5-transition-plan/5.2-construction-of-the-action-plan) is not always quantifiable. It is then important to rely on a method for qualifying the impact. The Valuation of Transition Actions (VAT) aims to identify and value the relevant actions to help actors in their transition. This contribution is assessed through several criteria but more specifically by: relevance, contribution, adequacy.&#x20;

## Manage emissions reduction

Carbon accounting is also useful for managing emissions reduction. The Greenhouse Gas Management System is a tool developed by ABC. It allows managing GHGs in the same way as energy. It ranges from the documentation of GHG assessments, to the monitoring of actions and renewal of associated commitments.
