# Contributors: Acknowledgements

Between 2022 and 2024, the Association for Low Carbon Transition (ABC) set up a **Working Group (WG)** dedicated to the evolution of the Bilan Carbone® method, composed of:

* The ABC team, including board members
* Recognised historical experts who contributed to previous working groups or demonstrated their expertise
* Thematic experts consulted on an ad hoc basis on specific topics
* Confirmed practitioners and college representatives from among the current year's members

After several months of deliberation, the WG reached a consensus on the orientations and developments needed to be integrated into the method. The [summary of recommendations](/english/annexes/bibliographie.md#labc-et-les-ressources-complementaires-au-bilan-carbone-r) from the Working Group (WG), published in early 2023, is accessible to members. Several rounds of WG review then followed to arrive at the current version.
